Mercure Abu Dhabi, part of the Accor Group, is a business and leisure hotel known for its localized service and refined interior design. To enhance buffet presentation and align digital labeling with its premium aesthetic, the hotel adopted ESL technology for food display and pricing communication, focusing on both functionality and visual consistency. The project brings digital information management into guest-facing hospitality spaces where presentation matters.

Mercure Hotel Abu Dhabi needed to reduce manual label replacement and paper-based processes and present food, menu, or retail information in a cleaner guest-facing format. Traditional shelf labeling and store-level coordination made it difficult to respond quickly to pricing changes, product updates, and promotional execution while maintaining a consistent customer experience.

ZKONG ESL was deployed in hotel dining, buffet, or retail areas to replace static labels with digital product and menu information.
For Mercure Hotel Abu Dhabi, the solution supports less manual shelf-label maintenance for store teams, and a cleaner and more modern customer experience.
