Dialprix, a well-known supermarket chain in Spain focused on fresh food and neighborhood retail, has upgraded its stores with ZKONG Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) to improve operational efficiency and accelerate retail digitalization across multiple store departments.
As a grocery retailer managing fresh produce, bakery products, meat sections, wine areas, and daily promotions, Dialprix needed a more efficient way to maintain accurate pricing and product information throughout the store.
Traditional paper labels required constant manual replacement, increasing operational workload and making it difficult to respond quickly to price changes and promotional updates, especially in fresh food environments where pricing can change frequently.
At the same time, Dialprix wanted to modernize the in-store experience and create a cleaner, more digital shelf presentation for customers.
Working together with ZKONG and local implementation partner AEME Innovación Tecnológica Group S.L, Dialprix deployed ZKONG ESL solutions across multiple store zones, including:

Butchery
Bakery
Wine sections
The deployment enables real-time and centralized price updates, helping store teams improve operational efficiency while reducing manual tasks and pricing errors.
With ESL, Dialprix can now manage promotions more flexibly, maintain more accurate shelf information, and create a more consistent shopping experience across the store.
The digital shelf solution also contributes to a more modern supermarket image, helping improve both operational execution and customer perception.
Through the collaboration between ZKONG and AEME Group, the project was implemented smoothly, supporting Dialprix’s continued investment in smarter and more connected retail operations.
